Complimentary Policy
All Watson Lake Hotels offer one complimentary room per every fifteen rooms booked, as well as complimentary Dinner and Breakfast for the escort and driver.
Deposit Requirements
Deposits must be paid in order to guarantee any group booking of ten rooms or more
25% of total rooming invoice is payable as a deposit no later than March 1st of the current year of the booking.
When a deposit guarantee is not submitted, it will be assumed the space is not needed and the rooms will be released
Please note: $100.00 of this deposit is non-refundable
Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation is required at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival in order to have your deposit refund processed
In cases where notice of cancellation is not received within thirty days of scheduled arrival, the entire deposit is forfeited
Accessibility Features
Baggage Handling is available to tour members at $2.00 Round-trip. Unless otherwise indicated, it will be assumed this service is desired.
Out In-house Concierge and Guest Activities Host are available to assist tour members, answer questions, and provide information about local history & attractions.
